Pre-School 2023-2024 - Request for Days

Registration will begin Monday, March 27 2023 at 11:00 AM

YOU WILL BE EMAILED A PDF IMAGE WITH A LINK TO OUR REGISTRATION FORM.
IN ORDER TO REQUEST THE DAYS YOU WISH TO ENROLL THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED.
THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE ENROLLMENT IN REQUESTED DAYS. THE PRE-SCHOOL DIRECTOR WILL EMAIL YOU WITH THE STATUS OF YOUR REQUEST BY APRIL 10TH.

-This program is for children age 2 years, 9 months through age 5.
-This program will be offered Monday-Friday half day (9:00am-12:00pm), full day (9:00am-3:00pm), AM Enrichment (8:30am-9:00am), and PM Enrichment (3:00pm-5:30pm).
-Josiah Hayden Pre-School will have a 2-day minimum enrollment requirement.
-Children are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
-A $50 ($30 for siblings) non-refundable registration fee is due upon confirmation of requested days.
-The program will not discriminate in providing service to children and their families on the basis of race, religion, cultural heritage, political believes, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or marital status.
-Not all children are suited for Josiah Hayden Pre-School. We reserve the right, after a trial period, to make that determination.
