We will stretch and play with floor exercises and move onto focusing on large motor skills with games and basic gymnastics skills. Build body awareness and have fun!

Offered for children in pre-school, each class will start with a warm-up and move onto stretching, strengthening, and instruction on all gymnastics events (Bars, Beam, Floor & Vault). Learn new skills while having fun with friends! Classes specifically tailored to each gymnasts ability within the class.

This class is for little ninjas! They will get stronger, fly higher, and improve their balance in order to accomplish the toughest obstacles around!
